This and that- Earth Observatory!

One of my daily visits on the web is to the Earth Observatory’s Image of the Day. This site shares images from NASA research including images from the space station, satellites and research models (predictions, mathematical calculations, on what is going to happen using previous observations). I have seen images of where Pakistan was flooded, how lakes get created during flooding events, where big sections of ice have broken off from Antarctica, where the ozone hole is for the season and how the temperature of the Earth has increased. Yesterday, December 15, they showed how plant use has increased around the globe.
Take a look.
